A 75-year-old female came to the OPD with the complaint of swelling and discharge from the left breast for two to three years with no known comorbid. On examination, the left breast showed fungating growth of 10×15cm with ulcerating margins and blood-stained discharge. It was hard and fixed to the chest wall. No axillary and cervical lymphadenopathy was found. What is your diagnosis?
