ABSTRACT

We present a case of 27-year-old multigravida presented to us with high-grade fever with rigors and pain and swelling in her right wrist joint two weeks after full term normal vaginal delivery. During the stay in hospital she had fairly sudden visual impairment. Considering multisystem involvement she was investigated and finally she turned out to be Brucellosis.
