ABSTRACT
In comparison to previous days, the clinical decision-making is more based on the derivation of information from the research and studies than it was before1 .
For practitioners, finding pertinent and high quality information to inform health care decisions, is important and can be a difficult task. Appropriately chosen and well-conducted study to answer any particular question makes valuable contribution towards Evidence-based Practice. This essay, in relation to the aforementioned issues, will briefly discuss the different studies available which are conducted to establish superiority of one intervention over other. This essay would also discuss those key elements, which form the basis of organizing a perfect Trial.
